Well, my Realtor notified me that someone else submitted a bid on the house as well.
We have until noon tomorrow to change our bid and submit it to the bank that owns the house. I have no idea what their bid is and they have no idea what our bid is. Whichever bid is the highest will get the house.
We'll see what happens....

Yes, sorry for being out-of-touch. I update Facebook way more often. I'll post the news in a new entry.
